Here goes another couple years with our motherships unchanged...
At least it's not changed into some cheap silly T2 lolcarrier.

Oh about the statement "capital fights rarely if ever happen at short range", I think someone watched one too many "picture perfect" EVE battle movies and not actual in-game capital fights.

At LEAST give Motherships/Supercarriers a HP boost ffs.

Ok so what exactly happened here CCP? Can you please explain why Abathur's tweaked supercapital design and feedback were disregarded and leave these majestic ships so utterly useless? If you simply kept Abathur's designs you'll have so many happy customers and CCP as a business will get more money out of that move. What happened?
I think the EVE community deserves at least an answer to that question.

Edit- lol 5x DCU graph... well that's something. 
Edit Ver.2- I think the sensible thing to do at least for the Motherships/Supercarriers is to give them a HP buff for Dominion.

Phoenix should get a 5% ROF damage bonus and a 5% bonus to ALL missile damage types.
Cit Cruise and torps should have 1500m explo raduis, being make smaller with skills for the cruise so they are effective against large pos mods and small pos. Right now Turret ships can still hit medium and small pos mods for massive damage while missile dreads FAIL extremely FAIL at this.
Do this and ALL problems will go away. Everything will be good. Harmony will spread out among the player base.
THIS! DO THIS AND STOP THIS MADNESS ALREADY CCP!

The current sisi Motherships are acceptable, please at least apply that into Dominion and tweak afterwards.
